Antibody Labeling

The use of fluorophore-labeled primary antibodies permits simultaneous staining with multiple antibodies derived from the same species, as secondary detection reagents are unnecessary. Biotinylated antibodies can instead be detected using fluorochrome-labeled avidin or streptavidin.

You may select monoclonal antibodies from our catalog or provide your own antibody for labeling. Supplied antibodies must be purified, at a concentration of ≥1 mg/ml, and free from stabilizing proteins such as BSA or gelatin. A minimum total quantity of 0.5 mg is required.

If necessary, SYSY Antibodies can perform the purification process on your behalf to ensure optimal antibody quality for labeling.
