Then aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C until use. Antibodies should be stored at +4°C when still lyophilized. Do not freeze!

Background

Protein kinase GCN 2 is a multidomain protein. It is involved in the stress induced phosphorylation of the eukaryotic initiation factor eIF2α leading to the inhibition of protein synthesis. The kinase activity of GCN 2 is regulated by phosphorylation itself.
