Background

Densin is a 180 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein which belongs to the LAP family [leucine-rich repeat (LRR) and PDZ] family, characterized by an LRR near the N-terminus and one or more PDZ domains at the C-terminus. Several developmentally regulated splice variants and protein-protein interactions with CamKII and nephrin have been described. The protein locates to the post-synaptic density (PSD) in nerve cells but has also been shown to be expressed in glomerular podocytes in kidney.

Cat. No. 189 003	50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H₂O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS.
