ALFA Tag
The ALFA tag forms a small and stable α-helix that is functional irrespective of its position on the target protein in prokaryotic and eukaryotic hosts. This epitope tag serves for a broad spectrum of applications including high-resolution imaging in life or fixed cells and immobilization and affinity purification of functional proteins and protein complexes.
