Different production scales are available: from 100 ml hybridoma supernatant to 100 mg purified antibody or more. Antibody production from customer hybridoma cell lines is also possible.

Affinity Purification of Polyclonal Antibodies
Antibody purification can remove undesired, unspecific background staining and cross-reactivity. Synaptic Systems offers the purification of antigen-specific antibodies from polyclonal serum (host independent). For preparation of the affinity column we need the antigen against which the antibody has been raised.

The peptides or proteins needed for affinity purification can also be produced by Synaptic System´s customized peptide synthesis or protein expression and purification services.
