Polyclonal rabbit antibody
Cat. No. 135 203 purified antibody	50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H₂O to get a 1mg/ml solution of antibody in TBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

Immunogen	Recombinant C-terminus of mouse VGLUT 3 (aa 543 - 601).
Reactivity	Mouse, no specific labeling in rat; other species not tested yet.
Specificity	Specific for mouse VGLUT 3.
Remarks	WB: Due to the low abundance of this protein in the brain, immunoblotting is difficult. This antibody works well in immunohistochemistry on 4 % para-formaldehyde / 0.1 % glutaraldehyde fixed tissue sections.
