Immunostaining of paraffin embedded sections from mouse brain area containing Alzheimer plaques (dilution 1 : 1000). Note accumulation of syntenin in plaques. Immunoreactivity was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
