Immunostaining of paraffin embedded sections from an Alzheimer's patient (dilution 1 : 100). Note accumulation of pyro-Glu Abeta in plaques. Immunoreactivity was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
