Immunostaining of paraffin embedded sections from mouse brain area containing Alzheimer plaques (diluntion 1 : 100). Note accumulation of proton ATPase in plaques. Immunoreactivity was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
