Remarks	ELISA: Suitable as capture antibody for sandwich-ELISA with cat. no. 129 103 as detector antibody (protocol for sandwich-ELISA).

Specificity	WB: Recognizes neuroligin 2 and 3. ICC: Stains predominantly neuroligin 2 in cultured hippocampus neurons. Detects transiently expressed GFP fusion proteins comprising the cytoplasmic tails of neuroligins 1-4.

Cat. No. 129 103 purified antibody	50 µg specific antibody, lyophilized. Affinity purified with the immunogen. Rabbit serum albumin was added for stabilization. For reconstitution add 50 µl H₂O to get a 1mg/ml solution of antibody in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

Control protein for neuroligin 3 rabbit antibody
Cat. No. 129-1P	100 µg lyophilized protein. For reconstitution add 100 µl H₂O to get a 1mg/ml solution in TBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.
Recommended dilution	Optimal concentrations should be determined by the end-user.
Remarks	This control protein consists of the recombinant protein (aa 608 - 722 of mouse neuroligin 3) that has been used for immunization. It has been tested in preadsorption experiments and blocks efficiently and specifically the corresponding signal in Western blots. The amount of protein needed for efficient blocking depends on the titer and on the affinity of the antibody to the antigen.
