Direct immunostaining of paraffin embedded sections of mouse heart. The atrium was stained with an ATTO® 647N conjugated antibody against MLC-2A (cat. no. 311 011AT1, dilution 1 : 200; green). The ventricle was stained with an ATTO® 550 conjugated antibody against MLC-2V (cat. no. 310 111AT2, dilution 1 : 200; red). Nuclei were visualized by DAPI staining (blue). |
