A: Indirect immunostaining of the atrium on paraffin embedded sections from mouse heart with the anti MLC-2A antibody (cat. no. 311 011; dilution 1 : 200) and a Cy3 conjugated secondary antibody (red). Subsequently the MLC-2V antibody (cat. no. 310 111; dilution 1 : 200) was applied and immunoreactivity in the ventricle was revealed with a FITC labeled secondary antibody (green).
