For fluorescence labeled antibodies conjugated to ATTO® dyes from ATTO-TEC the established CyDye fluorescence detection systems can be used.
ATTO® 550 has similar exitation and emission properties as Cy3, and ATTO® 647N as Cy5. In addition ATTO®647N dye is suitable for Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) microscopy which allows higher resolution imaging compared to confocal laser scanning microscopy.
