Shipping

All antibodies and control proteins/peptides are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperatures without loss of quality for many weeks.

Shipment to European countries:

To most EU countries goods are shipped by air mail on our expense.
Shipping to Non-EU countries is by FedEx. Shipping costs are currently 40,00 EUR, prepaid by us and added to the invoice.
Orders exceeding 1.000,00 EUR are shipped on our expense.

Shipment to non-European countries:

Goods are shipped by FedEx which takes 2-4 business days, if there are no delays with customs.
Shipping costs are currently USD30.00 for shipments to North America and 40.00 EUR for shipments to East Asia and Australia (other countries on request). These costs are prepaid by us and added to the invoice.
Orders exceeding USD1,300.00 / 1.000,00 EUR are shipped on our expense.

PLEASE NOTE: Taxes and fees charged by the authorities of the country of import are not covered by the shipping costs and due to the consignee.
